Latypi residence
Location: Choulakia, Mykonos, Greece
The Latypi residence is a characteristic example of architectural integration within the natural Cycladic landscape. The landscape design sought to balance sensitivity to the local terrain and visual character with contemporary features that improve functionality and user experience
En Kyanó residence
Location: Mykonos island
In a unique part of the island, where the landscape is dominated by imposing rocky formations, the outdoor spaces of En Kyanó residence were designed as an extension of the dramatic natural setting. The design approach aims to integrate nature, architecture, and human use in a balanced and cohesive way.
Generali HQ
Location: Syggrou Avenue, Athens, Greece
The building is located at a prominent node on Syggrou Avenue. The integration of greenery within the building’s setback area serves a dual purpose: it reinforces its identity as a distinctive urban landmark and offers users views of a lush garden, enhancing the sense of calm while improving the microclimate for those moving through the arcade along Kasomouli Street.
Ogarden Apartments
Location: Glyfada, Athens, Greece
OGarden is a notable example of adaptive reuse, transforming an existing 1,050 m² office building at the corner of Phoebis and Lazaraki streets in Glyfada into a contemporary mixed-use development, featuring short-term rental apartments on the upper floors and commercial spaces at street level.
